Jennifer L. GurevitzJennifer Gurevitz joined West & Feinberg, P.C. as an associate in 2006 and serves clients across the broad range of taxation law. In the area of estate planning, Ms. Gurevitz counsels individuals with an emphasis on minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes. She supports this offering by preparing wills, and a broad range of trusts including revocable, life insurance, and generation-skipping trusts, as well as exercising other estate planning techniques. Ms. Gurevitz also advises clients on their business planning needs including the creation and maintenance of partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations. Prior to joining West & Feinberg, P.C., Ms. Gurevitz was an attorney-adviser for Judge Juan F. Vasquez at the United States Tax Court. Ms. Gurevitz received her B.B.A. in accounting and her M.P.A
in accounting with an emphasis in tax from the University of
Texas in 2000; her J.D. from the University of Florida in 2003, with
honors; and her LL.M. in taxation from New York University
in 2005. |
